HAND PAINTED 40'S VINTAGE UMBRELLA - BAKELITE HANDLE - MARSHALL FIELD
1940's vintage hand painted umbrella with bakelite handle. Multicolor: greens, browns, golds, and rusts rayon blend, metal spokes & hardware, wood shaft & bakelite handle. Swirling brush stroke pattern. Bakelite handle: reverse carved apple juice front laminated with amber back and yellow extension. Yellow bakelite spoke tips and end tip. Self strap wraps around umbrella fabric to hold it closed. Brown rayon flat cord tied at handle base. SPECTACULAR!!! ...and practical too!!
