Stand crown surrounded by oodles of flowers drops at center with olive oil cloth leaf covering. Small brim covered with leaves under flowers with jersey edging. Rose grosgrain band with elastic. Grosgrain inner band. Moss green veiling. A spectacular forties floral spring hat! Easter Parade!
