CHARMING WHIMSY! 40'S VINTAGE TILT TOPPER TOY HAT - BANDED CROWN - WILD WING BRIM
40's vintage tilt topper toy hat. Deep forest green felt and coral, chestnut, nile green and dark green velvet ribbon. Tilted high flat top crown banded with multicolor ribbons with knot bows back. "Flying" asymmetric & turn-up pointed wing brim. Dark green velvet piping at brim edge. Large self bow faced with coral velvet under brim, front left. Includes self hat pin with dark green felt & coral ribbon bow end. Fabric covered elastic band strap. Black silk lining. DRAT! NO LABEL??? Say it isn't so!! We want to give credit to this playfully imaginative milliner!! :-/

Condition:
Excellent condition. Shows slight wear generally & brim point and small moth hole under felt bow. Minor issues considering the wonderfully eccentric design elements of this impish little hat.
