Late 30's, early 40's vintage two tone toy tilt hat. Black straw and chartreuse rayon jersey. Oval black straw cap/crown. Applied hollow center stand crown with a shirred jersey drape. Wide shirred back band strap. Black grosgrain inner band. A whimsical little toy hat which surely could have been inspired by ADRIAN in "THE WOMEN", 1939.
