HOMEFRONT WWII ERA! 1940's TWO PIECE NAVY DRESS & JACKET WITH IVORY BODICE & RED TRIM
Early 1940's vintage two piece dress - WWII era red, white & blue! Navy blue and cream drapey rayon crepe with red embroidered trim. Two tone dress: cream shirt style bodice with notched V neck middy collar and faux button front (2-mother-of-pearl). Short puff sleeves with pleated cap and self shoulder pad in cap. Wide waist inset. Six gore A-line skirt. Side metal zipper closure. Navy cut-away bolero jacket. Long puff sleeves with pleated cap and self shoulder pad in cap. Three applied red embroidered rank chevrons. ADORABLE patriotic dress with military inspiration.
