1930's two piece black with chartreuse, cream and tangerine ART DECO poppy print silk chiffon garden party gown with matching slip. Deep scoop front and back neckline with capelet collar. Self bow center front at neckline. Sleeveless with self piped armholes. Six dart tucks at waist front and back. Full bias cut flared skirt with handkerchief hemline pieced into hip area in inverted V's. Rolled hems throughout. Nude crepe slip with floral fabric at hem. Marvelous garden party dress in a stunning print!

Bust, measured under arm to under arm - 38"
Hip, measured side to side - 40"
Length, measured from neckline to hem - 46"
CONDITION:
Overall excellent condition. There are a few tiny pin holes in the capelet. The fabric at some of the darts has been pulled, but still sound. Small (1/4 inch) neat professional repair at back right waist. Some discolorations to slip that cannot be seen through the dress. These issues are not dramatic and the garment is totally wearable.
