1920's vintage drop waist coat with ruching detail. Light raw umber wool and soutache trim. Coat is detailed with rows & medallions of self ruching and soutache at collar, cuffs and hem. Two large mottled tan & brown celluloid button closures, one at collar, one at hip. Convertible collar can be buttoned as a fold over stand type collar or opened wide into a deep V front. Full crepe lining.

Condition:
Overall very good condition. Shows several small neat/professional looking repairs, most are hidden or seen only under close scrutiny. Also shows some surface moth bites. Hem has been dropped resulting in light discoloration (see photos).
