ID'd WWI ERA 1910's VINTAGE RED CROSS DRESS SUPPLY BAG PINS & ACCESSORIES - RUTH ELY
WWI vintage Red Cross dress and accessory provisions. Blue cotton chambray and white linen. V neck with applied large rounded white collar with long points. Red, white and blue American flag bow and brass stick pin. Button front bodice. All original porcelain buttons. Small patch pocket at breast. 3/4 sleeves with button cuffs. Applied 2 inch wide waistband. Large patch pocket at right hip. Deep (4") top stitched hem. Label in neckline: RUTH ELY.
Accessories include: 1. "Welcome Buddy" Doughboy button pin with ribbon 2. Red-orange organdy veil with applied Red Cross patch (33" X 33") 3. White cotton lawn veil with applied Red Cross "Salt Lake County Chapter" patch (35" X 30") 4. Off white starched cotton batiste nurse's cap 5. White linen handkerchief with fagoted detail. 5. Muslin supply bag with applied red cross (16" X 13 1/2")

EXCELLENT condition. Shows some soil at collar fold and a few minor soil marks. All accessory items are in generally good condition, although some show age discolor. All-in-all an excellent lot!
