Condition:
Near excellent condition. The dress shows just a bit of very slight soil, it has been cleaned. Also shows small neat repair below sleeve, fiber pulls at seams which are mostly hidden by pleats and 3 pinholes under waistband. Some pleat seams require minor re-stitching. Generally speaking the fabric is strong and we judge issues to be minor. Dress is totally wearable.
