1910's DARK ROSE DRESS WITH LACE NECKLINE INSET. FINE EDWARDIAN DETAILING!
Edwardian era afternoon dress with lace neckline inset and scalloped white cotton trim. Dark rose nubby linen, ivory tulle lace inner bodice and voile collar and cuffs. Step-in dress with hook closures center front. High ivory tulle choker collar inset with applied lace and cream with black cord button trim (8). Matching ivory voile scalloped v-neck collar and turn back cuffs with red embroidered dot at embroidered edges. Thin outside dart detail at cuffs. Long dolman sleeves with pleat at drop shoulder and outside dart tucks at inside elbow. Blouson bodice. Applied black silk cummberbund belt with self covered buckle. Slim full length skirt with verticle long outside dart/tuck detail at hips. Cut-away detail with self inset front above hem and plain panel center back. Oval red, black and M.O.P. celluloid button trim center front (12). A classic Gibson Girl dress with countless amazing period details.

Condition:
Overall very good condition. Some surface soiling at cuffs, sleeves back lower and hem edge. A few neat reinforcement repairs at under-bodice which do not show when wearing. Wonderful early dress is totally wearable.
