1880s VINTAGE BLACK SILK BONNET WITH ORANGE LILY PADS & OSTRICH TRIM
1880's vintage Victorian era silk bonnet with lily pads. Black silk with orange trim. Black silk ruched in zigzag pattern at front and sides crown edge. Two mottled orange velvet embossed lily pads and orange ostrich feather trim. Pieced sculpted crown. Silk grosgrain ribbon "ties" with hook closure at self bow center. Black cotton lining. Dainty little early bonnet with the most wonderfully delicate detail.

Width from side to side - 6"
Length from front to back - 7"
Condition:
EXCELLENT! Light discoloration & slight dust at lily pads and edging. Minor light wear at front point.
