1900 VINTAGE BLACK BOUCLE FAUX PERSIAN LAMB FITTED JACKET - VICTORIAN STEAM PUNK!
Nipped waist, 1900 vintage boucle jacket... intended to imply Persian lamb. Black loopy wool boucle on woven backing. Fitted with darts front and princess seaming back. Wide peak lapels. Long fitted sleeves. Hem sculpted into wide scallops front. Two tiny little flap pockets at high hip... just large enough for a token. Skirt has bustle flare back. Large white carved mother-of-pearl buttons. Ecru cotton sateen lining. An amazing little early jacket... CLASSIC LITTLE VICTORIAN STEAM PUNK LOOK!

Bust - 35"
Shoulder width (shoulder fits into sleeve cap) - 13"
Sleeve - 22 1/2"
Length - from collar fold to hem edge - 22"
Condition:
Very good condition. Some general wear & edge wear at button holes & throughout. Woven base fabric has some color loss at edges. Lining has some soil marks. One sleeve lining has been replaced. Not perfect... (hey it's over 110 years old!!) but completely wearable.
