1915 FINE MEN's WEAR_PERCY EDWARD ANDERSON ILLUSTRATIONS_EIGHT HEAVY ARTIST'S STOCK PLATES
All original 1915 Percy Edward Anderson (American 1881-1934) illustrated fine men's wear fashion plates. Eight individual plates on heavy artist's stock. Fine 1910's men's wear catalogs are rare. The suits on these plates compare in excellence to Hart, Schaffner & Marx and imagery compares to Joseph Leyendecker. (Who knows? These may actually be from an early HS&M catalog.) All original 1915 vintage, NOT a reproduction or CD copy. Excellent reference for 1915's men's wear style & trends and suitable for framing.
Rare early fine men's wear fashion plates.
Approximate Plate Size: 8 1/4" X 13 1/2"
Plates: 8
Condition: Overall good vintage condition. Punch holes & staples at left edge, assume from original volume. Shows minor tears at bottom edge of two and age discolor at edges of all. Generally in very good condition, issues do not impact the imagery what-so-ever.
