WIDE BRIM 1940's VINTAGE WOMEN's HAT - POLKA DOT HATBAND AND BRIM FACING - SELF BOW & TASSELS
40's vintage women's wide brim hat with contrasting polka dot hatband & facing. Red straw, navy with white rayon. Shallow flat top crown. Shirred drape polka dot hatband and brim facing peeking out at edge. Long bow of thin folded straw with navy tassel ends at right side. Crown sits on head top and holds snugly into place with velvet covered wired clips on underside. Navy grosgrain innerband, inside crown. Unfortunately, no label leaves us wondering what imaginative milliner created this whimsical chapeau.

Condition:
Excellent condition. Shows just slight soil at brim underside edge.
